2. **Measurement**: Use the same “Start/Stop” button to start and stop the stopwatch as needed. Press it once to start the timer, and press it again to pause or stop the timing.
3. **Split Time**: If you want to record split times while the stopwatch is running, press the “Lap/Reset” button. This will freeze the current time on the display while the stopwatch continues running in the background. Press the button again to resume normal timing.
4. **Reset**: To reset the stopwatch to zero, press and hold the “Lap/Reset” button for a few seconds. This will clear the current time and allow you to start a new timing session.
5. **Power Off**: After use, power off the stopwatch to conserve battery life. Some models may automatically power off after a period of inactivity, while others may require you to press and hold the “Start/Stop” button to turn it off.
