Place the Chair
Position the massage chair on a flat, stable surface with adequate space around it for full recline.

Connect to Power
Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Switch On
Turn on the main power switch located on the side or back of the chair.

Sit Comfortably
Sit back fully, ensuring your back, neck, and legs are properly aligned with the chair’s massage zones.

Use the Remote Control
Pick up the remote and press the Power button to activate the chair.

Select a Program
Choose from automatic programs (e.g., Relax, Stretch, Recovery) or switch to manual mode to target specific areas.

Adjust Settings
Modify massage intensity, speed, and position using the remote settings. You can also control heat, air pressure, and reclining position.

Recline the Chair
Use the remote to recline the backrest and lift the leg rest for maximum comfort.

Start Massage
Press Start on the selected program and relax while the chair performs the massage.

End Session
After the program ends or when you’re ready to stop, press the Stop button.

Return to Upright Position
Use the remote to return the chair to its original position.

Turn Off Power
Turn off the chair using the remote and the main power switch.

Unplug if Needed
Unplug the chair if not in use for a long period.
