1. Unboxing & Inspection

• Remove the EAP115 and its accessories from the packaging.

2. Mounting the Access Point

3. Connecting Power

• Connect the EAP115 to a Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector or switch using the provided Ethernet cable.

• Alternatively, use the external 9VDC/0.6A power adapter if PoE is not available.​

4. Network Configuration

• Access the EAP115’s web-based management interface by entering its IP address into a web browser.

• Log in using the default credentials (usually found in the user manual).

• Configure the wireless settings, including SSID, security protocols (WPA2 recommended), and other preferences.​

5. Advanced Settings (Optional)

• Set up multiple SSIDs if needed, allowing for guest and private networks.

• Adjust transmit power, enable QoS, and configure VLANs as required for your network setup.​

6. Monitoring & Management

• Utilize the Omada App or Omada Controller software for centralized management and monitoring of the EAP115.

• Monitor client connections, adjust settings, and receive alerts as necessary.

7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Regularly check the EAP115’s firmware for updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
